Here’s my short workflow with the Mazzer Omega and La Marzocco Linea Mini. I must say, that I’m really loving this grinder so far! Being able to pull shots of multiple different coffees throughout the day is very refreshing. Exceptional grind quality from these 47mm Mazzer burrs, no retention, no bellows, easy back and forth from coffee to coffee all in such small and beautiful package - amazing!

Mazzer Mini Electronic B – My Endgame Grinder:

I find that for these drinks this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:

Dose: 18.5 grams
Brew time: ~30 seconds
Brew weight: ~55 grams
Temperature : 93 °C
Brew pressure : 9 bar

About the coffee :

Roast: Light-Medium
Origin: Ethiopia
Region: Wonsho, Sidama
Farm: Phetlamka Estate
Varietal: Mixed Heirlooms
Growing altitude: 1950 Meters
Process: Washed
Flavour profile: Very aromatic with hint of apricots and peaches!

I have this grinder since a few days and I think it is inconsistent. Same setting and coffe and Output is sometimes 30 Gramm and right after that 50 g (in 17 Gramm). Did you have the same Problems?
