Every time I think of selling my EP3 to replace it with a modern day turbo hatch I watch these videos and change my mind. I’ve driven some quick turbo hatches but nothing drives and feels like a sharp high revving naturally aspirated K20

These high revving engines are quickly becoming the preserve of the supercars only club. Get a decent one while you still can!!

Although driven much faster cars, the Ep3 Type R was one of the greatest drivers cars I've driven, just felt so light and responsive with banger of NA 4 cylinder engine 👌🏽

To this day, nothing I've driven felt so purely focused on driving pleasure.

That was the best gen of hot hatches imo, there was this (EP3), the focus RS MK1 and the golf Mk5 GTI. Maybe you should try a MK1 RS next. That would be my pick of the bunch
