Lawrence: Alito tapes prove justice isn't telling the truth about flag controversy

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell details the new secret recordings of Justice Alito and his wife that raise questions about Alito’s ability to be impartial in cases involving Donald Trump and the Jan. 6 insurrection. Andrew Weissman tells Lawrence that Alito’s and Thomas’s refusal to recuse from these cases is a “blot on the judicial system.”
