There are so many fondly reminiscent sounds & elements, I can't even consciously articulate all of them. I wouldn't call it nostalgic though. It rides on a musical genealogy, but doesn't seem dependent on that lineage, simply more confident and strong because of it. Ultimately it speaks to an integration and not merely a list of influences. It's shared, not borrowed.
