Say what you want about this movie, and I’ll agree with it (As I also heavily dislike this movie). But the opening first act was actually pretty damn good. It FELT like an actual Indiana Jones movie.

I was about seven when this movie came out and I loved it, now I see that it has some flaws but it feels just as classic to me as the original three

this movie is kinda unique than trilogy. the first time indy having adventure mostly on himself or with 1 companion only. there's no nazis, no damsel distress, no sallah, no willie, no short round, no henry jones sr, not even brody. its like his old world has gone past on this movie
