That is insane to spend that much on such a small house. I love the layout and the style of bathrooms and cabinets. The floor plan is perfect too. But for that price?!?! I could have it built myself for 1/2 that.

For that price it should include a wood fireplace, solid wood shelves in the closets and a double garage.

At that price, IMO, the loft upstairs should have been finished. Add a bathroom and closet. It could be a family room, huge master, theater, endless possibilities!

This cabin has an awesome floor plan but I have to agree with everyone else here. That price is way too high.

We are just about to buy and build almost this same exact home. Only it's 300 sq ft larger, has 3 bedrooms instead of 2, plus has beautiful wood on the ceiling, a separate laundry room, a mud room, and nicer upgrades all around for 231K. Also in PA. Butters Homes in Mansfield PA. Ask for Mark Burd. Pennwest Baycrest (w loft) is the name of the model. Base price is 180K.

That is a ridiculous price, it is nice but for 235k and I would still need to have sewer, water and electric installed. That is way too much money in my humble opinion. An existing home with everything already to go with land is a much better option I feel...

I love this home!! I understand where everyone is coming from in reference to the price, but it’s seeming to be the norm these days. Ever since so much shutdown has occurred in our country, the prices of everything has increased substantially. A year or so ago, I looked at a home that I liked and it was priced in the upper $100s. I looked at another home this year, approximately the same square footage and manufactured by the same company. Both were maxed out as far as the upgrades, and this year’s model was fully double the price. It’s just where our economy is at the moment, sad to say.
