How did the Spring get to know about the setter method in the Restaurant class? What if the name of that setter method was different?

Hi, I appreciate your work and the tutorials are really helpful.
But I want to ask you something.
The whole point of dependency injection is removing the dependency of one class on another. But then you are creating a third class (testSpringProject) which creates an object of another class (Restaurant), which is kind of defeating the purpose. 

Just a feedback, not to put you off or anything.
