I feel like crying. These songs make me feel like I'm home but isn't the house I'm living at my home? Sometimes I feel like I'm being chained to reality. I dont want to accept it but I really want to go to a peaceful place. A place so peaceful, the same place that I felt and imagined whenever a nostalgic feeling comes to me. Have you ever felt that short moment where something happens and you say to yourself, 'this is familiar' like you've actually been in that place?
There was a time when I looked up in the cloudy sky and saw a familiar pattern of grey clouds and a burst of feeling surged to my chest and I felt like 'wait. Isn't there something I should be doing right now?'. I felt that same feeling whenever I see a familiar pattern of clouds.
There was also one time where a cold breeze brushed my face and a vague picture came into my mind. A slighlty foggy river on a mythical forest. It felt like I've actually been there before but I know I havent.

The feeling that I had with those sudden nostalgia made me depressed, sad, homesick, a lot of mixed feelings were trapped in my chest. Like I missed where I came from. When I die, I hope I'll be able to rest in that place.

Love this music compilation. Helped me through many college essays and tough times. In 2020, I started writing my own fantasy novel, just as a backburner project to take up when I feel like it. When I write, I usually listen to this as well, because it helps me think and lets my imagination run wild.
