i have to say this is the only version that makes sense to me. It has a proper structure, but it also has the emotion. This is the best version.

I personally think the 12" version is way better, slightly warmer feel and bass is much better in the mix (including the solo absent from this version). but it's a personal thing, and that was the version I listened to thousands of times as a youth. I like the sequencer variations more in the 12" too.

Sorry, the original 12" is essential. I do hate the later 12" remix that was on "Substance" though, etc. I prefer the original 12" mix (which doesn't feature Bernard's vocal so prominently).

I love this version. When I first bought it I did a John Peel and played it at 45rpm (LOL). Anyone know where I can hear the 7" B-side "Hurt" (the one with the German intro)?
