Testing standard ISO 12947
Cutting 1m samples
Using a sampling cutter to take a circular sample of 38mm diameter on left, middle and right of the fabric
Then，fixing these samples on the holder (friction head) respectively
And tighten the sample holder nut
At the same time, the friction lining felt fabric has been fixed on the friction table
Next,fixing the sample with holder on the friction table with 9kpa or 12kpa hammer, and let the sample face down
Reseting the value on the instrument
Let's start testing
You can see,each test station is working according to Li saru's trajectory
According to the strength of the sample, the instrument can be suspended for different times to observe the friction of the sample
Finally, getting testing results
Black sample: Nylon 500D abrasion resistance ＞ 200000 rpm
Grey sample: Polyester Taslon abrasion resistance ＜ 50000 rpm
Result evaluation: at least two independent yarns of fabric are completely broken
