They wouldn't of generated enough force to create the whisking swirl itself indicative of a vortex. Rumor was it that there was a face scene that had to be CGI'd. Its the face of him looking up after that. The lighting on the face is too even. And its just a bit too dark around the eyes. It was premeditated murder. The camera guy had to know the spot to film.
