Got to meet the master Michael Soldano at NAMM right before pandemic at his booth. Such a special moment as we spoke for 30 mins and he was so kind and insightful. Met Grover Jackson at same booth and got another quality 30 mins. Was a great night to say the least! Met 2 heroes and they lived up to the hype! Hope to meet Pete soon!

I read the same tired comments about new products (e.g., too expensive; why should I pay this price?!; etc.) that people said about new music which allowed Napster to make millions and killed artists’ abilities to make a living from producing new art. Then the questions became, “Why should I pay this much for a ticket? I’ll wait for the DVD!” Art is dying as a direct result of people basically failing to support the visions of the artist. I bought this product and found it to be glorious! Yes it cost more than a pedal and it sounds far superior. Support your artists. I can’t think of too many things more important.❤️

Pete your demos are always outstanding and honestly the gear i bought after seen the demo never dissatisfied or disappointed me which is obviously key, its already hard enough to find a tree in the youtube forest let alone true and fair product demos, well done!, recently i got the X88 and it sounds great but the clean channel has to much low end to my taste even with the bass on zero, i use a Fryette LXII power amp and the axefx3 4CM for effects only, have you tested a similar setup, thx and greetings from Phuket Thailand

The Soldano X88 ir is worth it! It is more versatile than an SLO. The crunch channel is a meaningful upgrade, the clean channel is really really good, and the altered mode adds just the amount of hair that I need to add realism to drive pedals. Soldano- please make an Astro 50 with some 5881s!!!
