I really like Trynn! Her story is a little dark, but Ikoria is a cutthroat world and you can understand why she might think this is the best approach. Definitely an interesting spin on the bonder dynamic. I thought she was weirdly evil at first, but like her now that we have more info. Thanks Gavin and Emily!

Thank you for bringing on Emily. Always cool to get to see the faces behind the cards and the stories in MTG. Those writers/artists often make us the most attached to certain cards emotionally, especially for those of us that follow the storylines and rarely do they get any appreciation as they are so hidden. Great work Emily and the rest of your colleagues, this set looks awesome.

I'm so baffled at the reception that Trynn got. People have been asking for a "villain" or a "bad guy" in white for a long time, but the second they got a darker-than-usual white character they hated her? Also, countless people have said that "wow I hate the humans in Ikoria because they kill the monsters" but we got a human that kills humans to pretect her monster... and still hated her. Different tastes, yeah, not everyone likes the same things and all that, but the inconsistency really threw me off.

Can you guys bring Ryan Gomez (he used to share mtg lore at the channel Magic Arcanum) to share the tales of MTG in the future?

Aslong as some of this lore actually makes it to the players this looks good, if you chop it up and force players to look in 20+ different places to make a picture of this place its gonna fall flat like theros 2.0, please make the lore straight-foward to find!

Could we ever see a Planeswalker's Guide to .... as a replacement to the defunct Payers handbook? IMO it would make a great addition. It could include a bestiary, along with artifacts, sites, and the inhabitants found on the plane. It can blend the story and set catalog in a fun way.
