For everyone trying to activate the poster instead just head inside the building you’ll find a terminal on a desk in a room with 2 power armor stations just keep looking and you should find it the terminal will have the plans it will be the first option you can click on the terminal

Oh btw don't shoot the robots at the mining headquarters it will anger the other robots inside the building

Guys, i cant get the mission either, but u just have to go inside and use the terminal, and u will get the bps

Another very helpfull tip! Always do the event “breach and clear” you get all kinds of ore in relative good numbers!
