This error showing for console players too. It's not mods. It's the update.

As of the release of this video there is a wide reaching error with even unmodded games that are experiencing this issue as a consequence of the Lovestruck update that has seemingly provoked this problem when entering a lot with an active event. Addressing the updating of mods won't directly fix this issue. (mod by v3377 search venue load error )
