Just to let students know who are studying f4 now; the audit exemption in this video has changed now in new books so Make sure to correct that if you are studying from old study text . In this video at 26:30 you can see the audit exemption section!

Audit exemption should meet 2 out of 3 criteria below
1)turnover less than 10.2 million and
2) net assets less than 5.1 million and
3) less than 50 employees

Sir in BPP study guide, to qualify the audit exemption it says the turnover is to be less than 10.2M, and balance sheet to be less than 5.2M. Your book has different values. which one should I follow?
