What tools can I u use for inking comics.
How can I make a standard comic the simplest way as this

I think these would be easy to scan into a tablet etc, colour using sketchbook or any of the free art apps & then home print? Maybe even add lettering, use shiny paper etc to give them that pro comic book shelf look?
Now if only I could think up a story! 🤔
