Dont know if anyone really cares to know but if you are just trying to host your own local server for mods like i am all you have to do is follow the instructions and if you dont see your server on the list then just use ` (above escape key) to open the console and type in "connect (your ipv4 adress that you get from the cmd menu when using ipconfig)
