5 Questions To Increase Your Business Value

As CEO or business owner, how can you increase the value of your business? To ensure growth in business value, you'll have to make sure to constantly employ strategic thinking. And today, I share with you 5 QUESTIONS to help you do just that.
When you want to grow your business, you might default to asking yourself: How can we increase our revenues? How can we reduce expenses? Bring in more leads? Make our team more productive? These are good questions to ask BUT they all lead you to tactical solutions.
What you'll really need to increase the value of your business is to ask questions that lead you to strategic thinking. The ones I share today will definitely require some time for you to think through and have the answers to, but they're worth digging into to really boost your business value to the level that you want.
Questions #1 and #2, for example, are: First, if someone offered to sell you your business today, how much would you be willing to pay for it and why? Second, what would have to change over the next 3 years to double that value?
The questions I share in this video will lead you to strategic thinking that'll help increase the value of your business...and they're not necessarily easy to answer. If they were, you'd already know the answers and would be applying them in your business by now!
