I've called GA Dept of labor, left messages & none of my calls were returned.

She’s lying. She lied through the whole interview. When you call during their open hours it’s says the phone is down “ we cannot take your cal due to the system is down. Then exactly at 4:00pm it says goes back on and says we are closed please call back at reg scheduled times. They turn those phones off everyday.

I call all day and even stayed on hold for 3 hours and then the phone went silent and hung up on me. I filed in June of 2020 and just got a determination letter on January 2021. Still no payment yet and it's almost February 2021. Ppl out here losing homes, jobs, and everything they have and GDOL taking almost 1 full year just to approve applicants...smh.

I filed on June 8, 2020, received an email July 9, 2020, saying your claim has been processed and is pending a determination. By the time they make a determination I will be homeless with nothing. I have called and called and emailed. Why is this lady saying they call people back when they don't? This is shameful to have people wait like this.

I can tell you that from October until now GDOL still do not return your phone call, email, or any other form of communication.

This is BS I've called and emailed for weeks. No answer. And if there was a reason why a claim couldn't have been processed why isn't some one reaching out to anyone. My account has been pending for weeks.

I haven’t been paid.. 39 Weeks No payments.. Called & email.. Omg.. My lil ones.. This sucks. Government not moving until Feb.. That’s damn tax season.. We shouldn’t be charged to do taxes, We shouldn’t have to pay any fees.. $0

I waited 5 weeks for back pay. My friend waited 10 weeks. My step father waited 10 weeks. My aunt has waited 20 weeks. They have never answered the phone. They don't return messages. They cut their phones off and route all calls to an automated vm system.

Sending an e-mail does NOT WORK as it automatically REDIRECTS you, when you click on e-mail link, to the ga dept. of labor site.

Wife filed months ago. Got her determination letter and was approved months ago. Submits every Sunday like she is suppose to. Months of requests. Not a single dime yet. Called and emailed daily. No response. A total failure of a system. Type of operation that destroys faith in government.
