Sometimes laws and justice don't seem to be parallel.
Ppl do not approach courts to get entangled in a complex and technical tuft of laws,
They just want justice which must be delivered is simple manner.
A senior advocate fali s nariman used to state the distinction between justice and law,
According to him Justice is moral principle which goes beyond the written law,
Sometimes judge must look beyond the written latters of law and use their discretion. Sometimes a rigid adherence towards law can prevent true justice.
