Lagos governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu visits the site of a collapsed high-rise building in the city, which has killed at least 22 people and left many more trapped under the rubble. Sanwo-Olu expresses his "deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of people that might have been involved in this very unfortunate, tragic, monumental national loss."
