Okay!!! First of all this is dangerous not only for you and the cat, plus you need focus and not be worried about cat under you. Yoga is basically meditative, but when you have cat around it takes away your you focus mind and its attention.This way it negates the positive result of yoga and meditation. you can spend time with cats afterwards. I have seen people doing same with goats as well. Rest it's up to you.
