Entitled Wedding Guests That Ruined the Big Day - REACTION

Hey everyone, it's Charlotte Dobre here, and today I have a story that will make your blood boil. In this video, I'll be talking about entitled wedding guests who tried to ruin the most special day in a couple's life.

It's no secret that weddings can be expensive, time-consuming, and stressful to plan. And the last thing any couple needs is for an entitled guest to come along and make their day even more difficult.

In this story, we'll delve into some of the worst cases of entitled wedding guests who tried to ruin the big day. From demanding special treatment to causing drama and chaos, these guests are truly the definition of entitled.

You won't believe some of the outrageous requests and actions that these guests pulled, and the impact it had on the bride and groom. But I'll let you hear it from their own mouths.

Join me as we explore this story and discuss what we can learn from it. Whether you're planning your own wedding or attending someone else's, it's important to remember that a little bit of kindness and consideration can go a long way.

Hi, I'm Charlotte Dobre. I'm an actor, reactor, singer and sometimes (not really) comedian. On this channel I do reactions, commentary and occasionally I make a joke or two. I love poking fun at social media, weddings, entitled people, tiktok and OF COURSE petty people. I upload daily, usually 7 days a week, unless life gets crazy or I get lazy. Come hang out, it's a good time.

I think part of the reason the last guy went with the nuclear option on his brother is cause he's had to deal with a LIFETIME of this. It's not just revenge for the wedding, it's getting back at him for making growing up with him so difficult.

I wish more people would understand that family is not REQUIRED to be invited to should be the people currently IN your life.

Not only did “Todd” purposefully and specifically choose his brother’s wedding to propose he also chose to do it during the father daughter dance, not only taking away from his brother’s wedding but taking that moment from the bride and her father. He absolutely deserved it in my opinion.

Last story shout-out to the unnamed gal friend who spent the entire wedding man-marking Todd, poised and ready to announce that she was pregnant with his baby, and did so knowing full well there was a STRONG chance she’d be b****-slapped by Lucy, and DEFINITELY need to leave the wedding immediately after the scene, yet was still willing to take one for the team and do this for the couple. What a friend! 😳

For Todd, if the proposal was the only stunt he pulled I'd not react the way OP did.
But also think about the countless number of times he must have snatched the spotlight or done something inappropriate. I feel the building resentment of OP just burst out and in the most petty way🤌

Todd's story needs to be turned into a 10-part Netflix drama.

My thing with Todd is that he cried to his parents, parents defended him saying he wasn’t going to actually propose and that OP was being judgmental and then OP relented and was like, fine but don’t propose or you’ll regret it, to which I assume Todd was like yeah okay, I won’t. And then HE DID. He deserved it and he deserves no contact.

Aside from marrying my best friend, the father-daughter dance was THE MOST important part of my wedding. It was the only part of the wedding that I had actually imagined since I was small. My father sang to me while we danced, not loudly enough for the whole party to hear over the music but just to me. I'll carry that memory with me until my dying breath. Todd got what he deserved imho.

You also have to think about the fact that Todd has been the golden child forever to the detriment of both OP and their sister. He has spent years preening over mommy and daddy giving him everything and not giving OP and sister what they need. They wanted ONE DAY EACH. They wanted THEIR WEDDING DAYS. Their parents and brother couldn’t even give them that. OP’s NTA and warned Todd he would regret messing up yet another milestone.

As an older person let me give younger people some advice. The thing you will remember about your wedding day is the people you're with and the moments spent with them. That's what sets the tone of the whole day, the people. If there are people who cause you stress in your life leave them out. This is a day about making you and your SO feel happy and special, not about meeting social expectations. It's YOUR day, not your family's.

At first I was like “oh that sucks for Todd’s baby moms.” But remember how she announced her pregnancy at the sister’s baby shower!! They both deserve it. This was a lesson that Todd had coming. He was warned, he ruined the bride’s dance with her dad, now he has to pick up the pieces of his raggedy life.😂💁🏾‍♀️

14 years ago, I worked in a company where our bosses established a culture of helping one another. Whenever a colleague gets married, all of us are free to come but we have to pay for our meal (there’s over a hundred of us). I was the creative guy so I offer photography for free. My other colleague is a good make up artist, another one is a good host, we also have singers and another is a good coordinator, all for free as a gift to the bride or groom. My bosses always give the most fancy gift to the couple. It all worked well for everybody and everyone who got married in that company ended up with a really fun and amazing big weddings. For over 4 years I have worked there, I have done 4 weddings and those couples felt so blessed to be a part of that company. Already left the country and my boss, those colleagues and I are still good friends. It was a lovely experience.

My husband and I got married in a Tuesday at the courthouse. I wore my dress and got my hair done. Our parents knew and spread the word if people wanted to show up. Some did. We had dinner after at Olive Garden. A month later our family decided we needed a reception. We said we didn’t need one. They planned it and invited people I haven’t seen since I was a kid 😆 no cost to my husband and I, the family got there party and we got gifts!! I say we won the wedding.

The brother went through with his proposal because he was sure he would get away with it. I think the only possible way to make him feel the consequences of his own actions was to totally annihilate him, or his parents would just have protected him lol that was so satisfying

The fact that Todd was WARNED not to do anything during his brother's wedding, promised that he wouldn't & then proceeded to propose at the wedding, DURING THE BRIDE'S FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE!!!! And Lucy, announcing her pregnancy at the sister's baby shower?! Dude, I don't think he went petty enough!!!! Todd deserves it!!!

coming from someone who has experienced this kind of behavior and knows who is the favorite child, if there have been years of stolen and ruined moments made by this person, then this one single moment of revenge is most likely needed to end the abuse.

Last story: No sympathy for LUCY, either. Remember, she announced her pregnancy at Abby’s baby shower. Lucy and Todd are two of a kind, both desperate for the spotlight, especially at other people’s expense. She can’t legally withhold access to the child without a court order, so let them figure out their own mess. Go with “It was just a prank, bro, sorry you don’t have a sense of humor, you’re too sensitive, ” ONLY if he pays the invoice you sent. As ye sow, so shall ye reap. Sorry for the kid, but he has two crap parents anyway, and is likely in for a lifetime of them making his celebrations and accomplishments about them anyway, this is a blip on the radar.

Side note: Exactly once have I seen someone propose at someone else's wedding. *However!* it was with the bride & groom's permission, and it was during the bouquet toss. Bride pretended to wind up, then handed it to the guy, who came over and gently led his girlfriend out of the pack of grappling bridesmaids, handed her the flowers, then knelt down and pulled out a ring. *That* was a sweet moment (that was okay with the newlyweds) that didn't step on the toes of anyone else. Bonus sugar: the newly engaged girl then handed the flowers off to another girl who they knew had really wanted to catch the bouquet.
