I made a quick video of the basic, most difficult moves you will have to do at MEPS. Everyone who goes to MEPS to enlist in the military has to do this portion of the physical, so no matter what branch you are in, you have to do this.

I hope you find this video helpful! If you do give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my page for more military experiences!!!

The duck walk is easier when you’ve been including squats into your workout every day. That’s what I found out when I tried it. Thanks for your service too; my brother was in the guard as well.

Thanks for this video.
I failed to do the duck walk the first time, but practiced it night and day.
Now I passed the duckwalk and am officially enlisted

Yeah I'm having trouble rolling up from my knees. Everything else I aced I just need that exercise and I'll officially pass MEPs. I have to get surgery on my toe however since I have two ingrown toenails.

Thank you so much. The rock to stand has been giving me trouble for a long time. But thanks to you I finally got it. I never thought to do it heels up. I’ve always kept my foot flat and then tried to roll back and it only caused me immense pain. You’re a life saver.

I watched this before I went into Meps. Its a good video to give you an idea of what to expect. Made it through without a problem.

nice video. Also if somebody is struggling with the getting back up from their knees, it helps to spread your knees further apart. I had to do that one twice because I took a step the first time.

I’m going to MEPS on Friday and if I pass I’ll be shipped out the 17th of this month. Off to Fort Benning for OSUT, then to Airborne school, and then RASP. The next six months sure are gonna be fun....

Going to MEPS next Monday! Scored a 74 on the ASVAB and qualified for everything lmao. I’m thinking about going in as a 15U, but I’m just nervous for MEPS, so this video helped a little. Thank you!

Everything was going perfect until the kneeling stand. I scored 91 on the AVSAB but when it came down to that exercise I couldn’t for the life of me do it. I felt as if my toe was about to break. So now I have to go to a foot doctor and am practicing everyday

It looks like you have a bunion on your right foot. Did that give you any problems at MEPS? I have a bunion on each foot, have had them for as long as I can remember. They don't cause me any pain and I've always been really physically active, thank God, but I'm worried MEPS will take one look at them and say no.
