Installing Arduino and Teensyduino on Windows

I don't have anything in the Arduino direcytory c:\program files\arduino. What do you have in this directory? I should uninstall Arduino IDE and re-install it with this path. i will do so. What versions do you have of Arduino IDE and teensyduino? Thank you very much.

i still getting greyed out buttons even though i select the correct install location
