ABOUT ME:

I’m a Los Angeles native who moved to Las Vegas after spending three years in Orlando, Florida working in collegiate and professional sports. I’m active in the Las Vegas community and frequently visit local businesses to highlight the Vegas lifestyle.

I have been selling homes in Las Vegas for 5 years and widely respected as one of the top luxury home agents in the valley. Specializing in luxury single family homes and new construction, I’ve consistently sold over $10 Million each year, while also providing personalized client services.

I take pride in providing an incredible level of attention to detail, patience, and knowledge of the market, you’ll find your experience easy, fast, and rewarding.

Vegas has so much to offer beyond the strip, and if you plan to live or invest here, allow me to show you how to live like a local.

I live in Phoenix, but we are ALWAYS in Las Vegas, and everything you're saying is pure FACTS. I'm glad you bounced back after your former job situation! The weather in the summer, pure facts. My hubby and I got married there in August, and it was 114°F. Many blessings to you. We are truckers and on our way to Vegas this evening. Keep up the excellent content!

I think making that move to Vegas vs LA was better. There’s so much opportunity for entrepreneurs and the networking is powerful because there’s so many people from around the world always visiting Vegas.

Lived here 21 years; you have summed it up the absolute best.

This was super helpful and insightful! I grew up in San Jose, lived in LA (Northridge) for five years, and have been in Oregon for 15 years. But I need a drier climate now for health reasons, and Vegas seems ideal to me.

The Hollywood analogy makes a lot of sense, I went to that part of LA maybe two or three times in five years! 😄 Everything in Vegas being a 30-ish minute drive sounds so nice. And there’s so much to do beyond nightlife - great music venues inc. the Sphere, great conventions like CES or MagicCon, great sports now (especially with the A’s officially on their way), top-flight music festivals like EDC and Life is Beautiful (plus Coachella in driving distance). The prospect is exciting, and its valuable to get the perspective of another Californian who has bounced around a little bit!

Love this breakdown - I will probably never move to Las Vegas but if I ever did, this video gives me a lot of reason to do so. You have a new subscriber!

You mentioned it, but I want to emphasize that one of the great things about Vegas is the ability to pretty much get anywhere within 30 minutes. In LA, you might need a couple hours to get across town to a restaurant or event, so you end up just not going. Saving lots of time commuting and getting around is a big plus for Vegas.

I so appreciate this video and the real feedback on living there. I'm a cali native who's lived all over the US and is now residing in Hawaii. I'm looking at relocating to Las Vegas (the unofficial 9th island) for similar reasons - to be closer to family, to lower my living expenses, and to increase my entrepreneurship. I didn't want to go back to LA but wanted easy travel, and my uncle suggested Vegas.

Restaurant recommendations were everything. Are the places you recommended in Vegas or Summerlin?

Sounds strange but Las Vegas is where people move to for a second chance at whatever it is their chasing.
