@michukass She used lipgloss, but Sally's sells a gloss specifically for loose glitter for like a dollar :) but clear lipgloss totally works too.

@michukass it is a lip gloss, i just wanted to use something that would help the glitter stick and i didn't really have anything else with me and i'm trying to save money so i went with lip gloss ;)
