Awesome! A 777 video! Great one once again, Emmanuel. I’ve been enjoying the 777 recently. I have a bug in the plane where when I’m on autocruise, my fuel burns too quick, and it’s really annoying on long hauls. (For example when I was doing dubai to Orlando)

The only holdback from buying the pmdg 777 are the sounds. Pmdg did such a awesome job with the 737❤. It's a shame they put no effort in the 777 regarding sounds

Seems like they didn’t hear about the taxi incident you mentioned in Atlanta and thought they could go one better. On a more serious note it does highlight how critical taxi really is in RL. Tbh in sim I’m terrible at it and it’s something I’m trying to improve. As side note watching the camera underneath view on screen for A350 trip to Helsinki I completed recently I was incredible how the pilot kept the 2 tires of nose wheel exactly either side of the line. Obviously on turns it wasn’t but once straightening from turn was perfect again. Obviously they are talented professionals pilots and I’m an armchair simmer. However was surprised they weren’t just even tiny bit off, skill and experience I’m sure. Ms2020 doesn’t help much with nose wheel skidding looks like 2024 should go some way to make this better

Nice video as always. I agree about the flight model of the 777, it flies so nice. PMDG clearly got better at understanding how this works compared to when they did the 737. I wish they could go back and put these knowledges into the 737.

A question, if I may, you said at one point that you were going to get the latest wind data and just reloaded it from the FMC? But this just the same weather data isn't it? It just comes from the file that the aircraft downloads from simbrief when you request the simbrief data on the EFB at the start. If you wanted new (later) wind data, you would have to do a new simbrief flight plan and then request the simbrief data again from the EFB.
