German shepherd found abandoned with mouth zip-tied in Malibu

A German shepherd was found abandoned in Malibu with its head and mouth zip-tied. The dog is recovering now and investigators are trying to find out who dumped the dog.

This is sickening. Whoever did this to this poor baby is a very dangerous person. Serial killers do this sort of thing in their pasts and then they work up to doing it on people. This crime is serious. Glad pooch is saved and hope he/she gets adopted soon!
