It's a pity you guys didn't create this sooner but it still wouldn't be worth a sub. My sister had a subscription our whole family used and she dropped it because most of the movies on your platform are not only disappointingly poor in quality in every way (writing being number 1), but most of them were sickening to even consider as a story premise. One literally opens with a scene of a precious 5 year old girl who has a dream that she met her dead grampa, then the next scene has a prisoner who committed violent crimes who needs a heart transplant or something. You're high as a kite if you think people can't see right through that to see where it's going, and even higher if you think I'm watching that horror story play through just so you can pretend to show God's mercy through making up a horrible fantasy/fever dream about the death of an innocent child becoming useful to someone else... Yall are getting better, I'll admit that but most of your stuff is so cringe that it hurts to watch - and before you say "Haters Back Off, " know that I'm not hating you, I honestly don't know how you take pride in providing a service that showcases such terrible movies. I was raised Christian and ended up coming to my own faith in God and staying in the church because I finally ended up asking God all the hard questions that these "Christian" movies (some that are played on your platform, and others very much like them) and the people I grew up around (who also proffered such movies as "soothing balms" for young minds) could not answer and convinced people not to ask, all out of fear that they would turn away from God by asking scary questions that sound accusitory. Do you think God is so disprovable that He doesn't have His own answers to give you? Do you think He is so small that you need to make them up for Him? I loved Beverly Lewis' books so I might have watched this just for fun, but even this kind of writing is just pretend, it's just fantasy to try to create converts and satisfy that longing for adventure and romance at the same time - all while we're not even called to see human beings as "potential converts, " but to start seeing them as people. When you see "that person" like you see yourself as you were, as a kid, needing love that you never got from anyone until you met God (if you've even met Him yet, seeing where your efforts are being put), needing sheltering from even your parents at times, needing so much than no one can provide EXCEPT Jesus, it's easier to see "potential converts" as just another person that you can be natural with and not think you know how to be their friend immediately. Ask God if He exists, I dare you. He *answered* me. Ask Him the hard questions and it will lead you to real testimonies, to your own too, not these disgusting made up excuses for what God does or does not decide to do or to reveal. He has His own reasons, some that He is willing to divulge to our small minds, and if you skip over it all to make up stories about Him in order to "convert people, " all you end up doing is painting an evil image of a repelling god.
If you would like to find a better writer than the one who concocted that horrifying tale about the little girl whose heart "must have been destined to be whisked away to another person and that's why she must have had cancer, " hit me up.
