I've checked out the caravan parc website it says "WE ARE OPEN: March 1st - October 31st" so who is actually at the parc now- the caretaker or the owner? If foul play then no residents to witness if nobody living at the parc.

Place a human sized object in the river, with similar weight and buoyancy, and observe where the current takes it? If nothing's been found so far she's either not there or they are looking in the wrong place.
