Hi Anna,
1. I had few shares of Reliance Retail at an average price of 4200. Recently saw the news of those shares buyback by reducing Reliance Retail's equity at around 1300. What does this mean and is there any timeline for that buyback ?

2. This buyback will cause significant loss to me. As the company will buy all shares, In order to square off loss, is it advisable to downward average now by buying reliance retail shares in bulk (now trading at buyback price only)so that average price comes to buyback price. Then there will be no loss and no gain.
Can I proceed like that or is there any thing I was missing ?
