Dry fasts are harmful. Remember when that semi-famous raw foodie guy died from a dry fast a couple of years ago? If you die from doing a dry fast, people will talk about you for a while, but they won't even remember your name a couple of years later.

I am on day 2 of my current juice fast. I did 31 days in January 2021 and had a amount of difficulty on the refeed. My digestion was not happy!!
