Hey!! This is a great video- thank you. I think it’s important to talk about the negatives or dangers of communities because they help people know the danger signs and warnings. It is very easy to hyperfixate or feel love bombed or a puppy-love phase with new hobbies, communities, etc. especially for neurodivergent people. You don't need to name names, Hellie. We know who you're talking about. So many vampire groups have been overrun by narcissists who want to gatekeep and exclude anyone and anything that doesn't benefit them personally. I remember a post you made in a particular book of faces group that was lovely. We were so supportive of you, which I guess upset the group admin. Her snide remarks were so nasty. And her little sycophants piling on weren't helpful either.

I try to keep my mind open. I do support people's desire to live uh. "Alternative lifestyles", and Vampirism is 💯 cool as an aesthetic.

But um.

I've encountered a person, who was a Living Vampire, but also a Sanguinarian.
They were heavily involved with a friend of mine, and has since become unhealthily attached to several women.
And even pushed me. Someone who isn't interested in the "lifestyle" (or whatever you'd like to call it), and try to recruit me to her... whatever it is.

She was very controlling. Very toxic.
And I was wondering if you had any insight, on how to deal with that sort of situation. Because I'm afraid that she'll start stalking me, the same way a frw others who knew her.
Is stalking them.

I came up in some online circles in the late 2000s which led me to the vampirism community to explain a variety of things in my own life and experience, but fell out of those communities around 2010, largely due to an excess of what we used to call "Fluff" and "whitelighter bullshit"(AKA people who watched way too many shitty films and read a lot of very poorly researched neo-spiritualist nonsense and came up with the wrong kind of ideas) that just took over some communities due to a lack of gatekeeping and overpermissiveness. The bad shit eventually outweighed the good, and a lot of the online spaces I was a part of were absolutely destroyed by infighting and political backbiting, so a lot of us just jumped ship and spoke through chat clients and social media. I left most social media years back, so I went back to being what we used to call "Solitary" which seems to be what you're referring to as "Ronin".

I'm actually using a Subliminal to grow Bat Wings. I think the Title of the Subliminal is Become a Bat Winged Avian. But yeah. I also have a Become a Nekomimi Subliminal, which gives me Elflike Ears, that I can turn into Cat Ears as well as my desired Fangs. I'm also using a Mtf Mermaid Goddess Subliminal, which gives me Aquatic Adaptations, Like Bioluminescence, and Venom in my Claws. I'm kinda becoming a Chimera of sorts, because I want to help protect supernaturals like you, and maybe be part of the Family, even if I'm not turned, so to speak. But yeah, using a few of the Subliminals in my playlist, I will be hopefully able to gain a few of the Movie based Vampire like traits. Anyway, if you get to know me, you'll realize I'm actually Willing to give my life for my friends. I hope you won't mind if I'm a Meta-Human of sorts.

If a vampire moves to a new city or town, do you have to seek out the town or cities vampire king or queen to introduce yourself or ask for permission to be in certain areas.
