STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl - The Final Preview

Our STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl preview is based on two hours of hands-on time with the PC build of the game and we were blown away. Managing bullets, wounds, and navigating the exclusion zone had us loving what we saw when diving into the first minutes of Stalker 2 gameplay. Here's our full preview.

A warning to those watching… Despite the previewer saying that the original series is, “primarily known for” things like impactful choices and branching narratives… it’s… absolutely not. Please do not go into Stalker expecting something like Fallout, which is what I believe the previewer is projecting onto this game. I’m not saying there won’t be choices but what the original series is primarily known for is being an unforgiving, intensely atmospheric, survival horror shooter with a a living and dynamic world to explore. The series is much less about curated story beats and much more about the experience of simply existing within the zone and getting lost in the atmosphere. It’s an incredible experience unlike anything else out there, and all you Stalkers new to the Zone are in for quite the treat. ☢️

My uncle was a game tester for clear sky. Unfortunately he passed but I remember visiting the country and sleeping over at his block as a kid, he gave me a copy of the game to take home and let me play it on his pc. They really do create a whole different world. Can’t wait to play a new stalker game :)

The author of the video has not played the previous parts of the series and he is still very interested. And imagine what emotions will be in the numerous fans of the series? The release of Stalker 2 is a real celebration!
