This is one of the best mixing tutorials I have ever seen. It seems like I'm sitting beside you while watching how you do things (and WHY).

I'll keep coming back to this video and the previous one. :-)

Love all of the different types of processing you used on the low end. The “exploration journey” you shared is a fun, meaningful way to get the sound you’re looking for!

Didn't want to put it in the time to watch this video but it was worth it.

42:30 The flanging on the spacy harmonized bass seems to be overkill until the EQ and compression give the swept frequencies a vocal, melodic sound. Cool!
BTW, I bought my A/DA Flanger in 1979 and sold it about 10 years later when flanging was out. Big mistake.

27:18 once I told someone that in my head red lights on plugins mean that it sounds good; he literally told me I had no idea what I was talking about and told me to learn

There's some serious isht going in there. I'm now exploring further tutorials to see/hear how that was achieved. Awesome🔥

Great video, the section on sub-bass was a godsend. I have struggled mixing sub in my mixes. Thank you, Enrique!

This is so fantastic. I have a question though... when the sub bass is by itself, why would you have its volume that low in the mix? I'm not sure I understand the why of that. THANK YOU for these incredibly informative videos
