Mercedes GLC 220d 4MATIC Review & Test Drive

The 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC is the answer to a sudden popularity of premium off-roaders and the successor of boxy shaped GLK.

After being initially left behind by the BMW X3 and Audi Q5 in the mid-size SUV class,

Mercedes now has an answer in the form of the GLC,
which also rivals the Land Rover Discovery Sport. The GLC is based on the same mechanical platform as the Mercedes C-Class.

The car is smooth and very comfortable on the road. It's made even easier to drive by a nine-speed automatic gearbox, while optional air suspension further improves the ride quality.

The 2.1 liter turbo-diesel engine has enough power for daily activities, but the Mercedes GLC is more of a comfortable cruiser than an exciting driver’s car.

Hi, I liked this presentation. I bought the GLC 220 diesel 2016. Do you think I can keep it to do 200, 000 km? I'm in for the long run.

It doesn't look as interesting as the predecessor (Mercedes GLK), but it's a truly nice car.
