Once again thank you, because i haven't done any medical coding practice in months.

I have only been working at a store and study a few medical terms here and there when I'm not just having leisure time, so without this channel i probably will never learn enough about medical coding to be ready to take the exam even though I took a college program for it 2019-2021

if the report says Upper Arm why are we looking at shoulder and not upper arm 24076 ?

I have a question on the last question. The description states upper arm but all the codes in the answers are for shoulder. Why would codes for shoulder be used instead of for upper arm?

Quick question for the last question A 49 year old patient came to the hospital for a scheduled operation for his mass of left upper arm. I chose letter c because in letter d is show modifier RT for right side and this indicates the left side so was that a typo or would it be letter c? I know you said it would be letter d because of intramuscular but this is a little confusing because of the incorrect modifier since it was done on the left not right arm.
