Nilou Hydro-Bloom DPS hybrid (w/ build) | Genshin Impact

This build is focused on balance HP-EM-CV. (Stats and artifacts in the video).
* EM is 808 after 3 stacks of Key of Khaj-Nisut

This build is only if you have C6 Nilou and Key of Khaj-Nisut even at R1.

Build still in-progress as I am aiming to have her base EM at 100 with high CV. Will probably change to CRIT DMG circlet if I get a good piece and reach her HP to 60k with hydro resonance.

i feel like this is exactly how nilou should have been played. Adding in an on-field stance in her kit looks so cool but feels like such a waste dmg wise at c0 ;c
