Good point. This mokotti sounds so close to her in the original.
Of course we can highly evaluate the completeness of the anime after reading original volume 1~in the middle of 5, but after reading all volumes, we notice that the elements that are drawn from the beginning(but hard to see there), which are consistent with the whole of the original, are not drawn and accidently ignored in the process of sophisticated in anime. (or simply the theme of the story has changed from the voluem 6). It's not bad, for when the anime appeared, the original was only published up to volume 5. At that time, what watamote was up to volume 5. Cool 1 desparately extracted that her painful to express sophisticated Watamote atmosphere at that point, so now inevitably it is a little out of the road.
I think it's Okay to switch to the next more appropriate staff including the cast, like Yugio (TOUEI version anime really expressed the original atmosphere accurately)(also very sad to say goodbye to Izumi Kitta and Monica Rial... What do you think about that change?)

Man whoever played Tomoko nailed it. Better than the official Dub (though imo most Dubs are generally bad…)
