Steve Green loses control of his John Woolfe Racing Mk1 Cortina after a radiator hose came off and put water on his rear slicks. Steve veered across the track and side swiped the wall in the other lane. Luckily Steve walked away from the incident and was unhurt.

Good to see him racing again, I remember his original wheelstanding steel bodied Mk1....

This was a completly new fibreglass race car built a few years ago now, the steel bodied one was beyond repair if you actually saw it you'd know why.

hey mate might i just add on to that thats actually the steel body one but what went wrong was that he had a crash and endded on the roof and that also why hes modified the roof :)

Steve and family the nicest people you could wish to meet the old rover v8 challenge boysand girls all decent crews would help each other out nothing to much trouble, a great time from its beginnings . Steve green, Kev, Paul, Trevor, Steve and his brother, Mick,  Jim, lads from Scotland. Hard to believe it was once one of the best sponsored race series?Roll on John Woolfe Racing.Where are they now bet most of em are still involved with cars of some description.

That was the famous bump in the track that caused that, now gone thank fk, I wonder where Steve Green is now?
