David, always love your videos. Have lived in Lake Las Vegas for almost four years. Sold our current home there and we looked at these seriously and almost pulled the trigger. The elevator is NOT and option and comes with every home. We worked out numbers on the largest floor plan, the Abrir with no 3rd story. Great home but felt super tight for almost 3000sq feet. Only a 2 car was the final deal breaker for us. You cant live here without a golf cart so parking becomes an issue very quickly. The majority of these are 2nd and 3rd homes for people with a lot more money than I have. It was just too condo/apartmenty (is that a word?) for us as our primary home. We did still end up with a new modern home in LLV but with more room on a larger private lot.

If anyone is interested in one of these, don't let them talk you into using their pool builder. The pools in this video are around 250k if you choose going through the builder.

Love Blue Heron. I think that's a Mercedes. Very, very nice! I love it when you get close to the detail. The 1st floor tile feels like a concrete floor, well done!

Yo fuí a ver estas casas de blue heron en lake las vegas, y no tienen jardín amplio ni piscina amplia y son de 3 pisos como si vivieras en un apto atrapado. No me gustó la divición y creo que te venden el área para decir que esa comunidad es parte del lugar. Definitivamente David a mostrado mejores casas por esos precios. Para mi opinión personal en ese lugar pudieron hacer casas más acogedoras. Saludos!

Not impressed 😕 especially paying two HOA for that price and having another grown up telling me what I can do on my own property. Third floor deck absolutely no privacy. So it's a no go for me 😊
