Like I always say, "The I in TULIP stands for Inconsistency"

They claim to be humble but they confuse it with being honored.
If I were to be randomly picked to become royalty I would feel honored, not humbled.
And yet, many Calvinist think they're the same thing

Good morning. They also mention about decretive and prescriptive commands.

As of now.

A calvinist has already went out from this heresy.

Thank you brother
You thought me how to think properly,
I've used your videos to help my friend.

I believe He is watching your videos right now

Your older videos really helped us sort this out when we first walked away from calvinism. I felt I almost needed professional counsel as it was so emotional and painful! We were under stealth mode calvinism. I was thinking the other day that you might consider reposting your older most popular videos, in an effort to kind of "rerelease" them and get new eyes on them especially when they are liked or commented on. Just a suggestion. I have been praying that the people in the church circle we left would wake up and play it out to its end and see for themselves the heresy. Thanks for all you do, Kevin! God is using you!

Superlative analysis as always. I'm sharing this with someone who's discouraged. Thanks for making it available.

Thank you for all your great videos, I am learning a lot. I knew of Calvinism for years but never knew anyone who was until recently a long time Christian friend became one. She has tried to talk to me about it but I shut her down each time.

Calvinism - When Being Better Than Everyone Else Ain't Good Enough

Jesus said whosoever will, may come. Seems pretty simple to me

At the 59th minute brother Kevin, I laughed but I could feel the passion you have against Calvinism.. and how's it's debilitating minds to a point where one feels hypnotised against reality..

Wow. As someone who struggles in having different views of certain passages, 7:00-12:30 really tapped me on the spirit. I don't bother with churches in my area because it's all Lordship Salvation churches and I'm firmly on the grace side.

Under calvinism everything is the will of God.

I know a Calvinist pastor who was lamenting the fact that people are "slipping away into eternity without ever hearing the gospel".... So what? If he's right that those people were all irrevocably pre-chosen by God to be damned anyway, what difference would it have made??

He talked about "No, we don't just sit around and wait for God to open people's eyes, our obedience in going out and preaching the gospel is the *means* by which God redeems his chosen people" Great, but then my laziness and apathy in not preaching the gospel is also the *means* by which he condemns those he already pre-chose he would not save. Either way we are doing God's will in the world... were that the case. It's frustrating hahaha.

QUESTION: why are calvinists ideologically possessed? demonic influence? stupidity? pride?

i would like to hear from ex-calvinists; what enslaved you to calvinism while blinded to rational arguments against it?
what freed you from calvinism?

And synergism was invented in the 16th century, right around the time of Calvin.
Coincidence?

Here’s the thing. You did this thing at the beginning where you explained that Calvinists tell people who disagree with Calvinism that they don’t understand Calvinism and then follow with post hoc explanations to get out under from the performative contradictions they were just accused of (rightly so, according to you). But here is what remains, and to use your first example: if the Bible indeed DOES SAY that there is an elect people he has chosen to save from before the foundation of the world AND that he saves people through the work of the Spirit through the gospel message preached, then it stands to reason that I as a Calvinist, believing both things the Bible says are true, will live in a way that comports with both truths. Think of it as systematic living. There are two things I believe the Bible teaches to be true and those two things is what I’m living out. And so, if you don’t address all of the proposed truth before the tempting reaction of accusing me of committing a performative contradiction, you’re just impatiently jumping to a rationalistic conclusion to something you haven’t fully understood, or worst case, don’t want to understand. A performative contradiction would be if I believed the Bible ONLY teaches that there’s a specific elect people whom he will save and that we don’t have to do anything else but wait, and then I go and preach the gospel. THAT’S a performative contradiction. But if I believe that the Bible teaches that there is a specific elect people that he has chosen to save AND also that he has chosen to save them through the Spirit’s work in the preaching of the Word, then it is by definition NOT a performative contradiction, and at that point you would just have to admit that and shift to address me at the exegetical level if you disagree that the Bible teaches both things. But we love our strawmen, don’t we? Much easier to tear down Calvinism when our living doesn’t comport with our theology. Yeah sure.

We are elected to have free will. So profound isn't it.

Calvinism is a clever trick of the enemy.. Here is a "performative contradiction". They preach on giving God glory but actually they are robbing God by stealing His glory by simply bypassing the Cross. If you are the elect from the foundation of the world, you have just bypassed the Cross...

I have heard a Calvinist say certain parts from the Bible are Literal, amongst one was this one I mentioned, 1 Peter 3 v 7: "You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered." I told him his prayers would not be answered because he did not treat his wife right. But he said that was to betaken literal!
