Love the comment about the scrolling, ... it is very dangerous if you not awake. I train myself with it at the moment where I give myself 5 minutes on shorts. And it is hard to stop doing what you're doing after 5 minutes. Just one more, maybe the next video is what im searching for etc etc, .. it's very smart system to keep people locked on the screen!! People think to easy about it, ... but it's the same a a drug addiction!

Especially my most recent OOPS!!! as I started a new job I was a little bit tired breaking in the new schedule. I started scrolling for the first time in my life I’m 53 and after about a week, I caught myself and I said holy crap that stuff really has a tendency to get you.

I would always just not understand why my boyfriend was on his phone endlessly looking at stupid bullshit and it only took a week to almost get me hooked and I caught myself because I definitely have addictive tendencies so thank you for that validation
