UNICEF and partners help ensure every child's right to mental health

The experience of war affects the mental health and psychosocial well-being of children. They feel stressed by the constant sirens, as well as the anxiety and worry of their parents.
In various regions of the country, in particular, in the Sumy region, multifunctional mobile teams are working to provide a complex of psychosocial support. This helps children recover from the consequences and reduce anxiety.
The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) project "Provision of comprehensive social protection services in the Sumy region in remote areas" is implemented by the NGO Fishing Club of Ukraine with the financial support of USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance.
