Change your underwear daily. You never know when you'll be in an accident, and the people at the hospital will handle your underwear!

I love that rather then ramble on about loving yourself and ignoring the black eye circles Mike provided why they may be darker, and many way to fix it. He knows that the person had already been told love ur self bs. Self love is important but it’s hard to achieve in a body you don’t like.

Allergies - another tip; don't hang your wasing outside when pollen count is high. Rather dry them inside - can help when really suffering :)

For the black parts under the eyes, I used to experience that really badly to the extent that people often thought I had been punched in the face. As soon as I was prescribed daily allergy meds, they went away.

Hey Mike, so I'm Deaf/HoH. I always use my hearing aide so I can hear within' my hearing family, friends and work environment circle. Question is does it effect me in later life terms, like infection to deal with, does the hearing aide push the wax further in my ears and so forth. Love your video, you rock!

Great response for ear infections. I didn’t do any of that but I guess my ear anatomy led to tons of infections and formation of a cholesteatoma. Had my surgery and C-Toma free for 7 months now.

Re: Pollen allergy tips: Wash your face your often, especially if you have facial hair. Also wash anything you wear on or near your face like a scarf, mask, hat, or glasses. Rinsing with water should be enough, no need for soap if that dries out your skin.
