I have never had chest or back acne but a friend used to get both. She would get very large, cyst like bumps which were so painful. Especially if they were in an area where her bra would rub. i started getting acne on chest and back sometime in my early 20s (maybe because i moved to humid japan from dry sweden) and i just started using pan oxyl just 3 times a week or so on the area and its made a difference!

Hi Dr dray, thanks to you I have started accutane for my acne and rosacea (I'm 16, it's weird but I have rosacea sadly😭 and sometimes they call me lobster for that) .
