This video just explains my knowledge of the order of draw and some tests. I am in no way a professor or educator, so I’m using my experience to help others. Blood Cultures or Vials
Coagulation Tubes (Blue-Top Tubes)
Serum Tubes without Clot Activator or Gel (Red-Top tubes)
Serum Tubes with Clot Activator or Gel (Gold, Red or Tiger Top Tubes)
Heparin Tubes (Green-Top Tubes)
EDTA Tubes (Lavender-Top Tubes)
Oxalate/Fluoride Tubes (Gray-Top Tubes)

I'm going for a travel phlebotomist role, with NO experience, i know, a silly move. But, how do i know what the requisition sheet is asking for? Can anyone help?
