The first mother knew that man was NOT her son's father yet she let him go to jail. She should be jailed for the same amount of time that he spent there.

He spent 5 years in prison for her to turn around and say she knows who the father is AND she’s still in contact with him today 🤯 FIVE years, you’d have to hold me back 🤬

But the sad part is that she knew all along who the father was. So unfair.

The first woman is a real narcissist. The nerve to keep disrespecting the man after the results were out. Not even an apology, wow

the first mother should be in prison for that and to pin her son on a random man is beyond disgusting

If the mother in the first case lied on a government form naming him as the father without a confirmed DNA test, then she should go to prison for fraud.

I agree with the man in the first case. They should separate violent offenders from the non violent one's. Missing a day in court &/or not paying child support doesn't mean someone should spend five years in prison with rapi*t & mu*ders That's just wrong.

And he wasn't even the father. So very sad.😢

The fact that a person can be imprisoned without a DNA test first being done is beyond my comprehension. Even though a default judgment was put in place, a test should have at least been done before prison. Not to mention, while the person is in prison, how are you going to collect child support. And, a prison record may prevent getting future employment. There needs to be a better system. The mother in the first case needs to be tried for some type of crime. She obviously presented false records in court.

I can't believe that woman is acting like she's better than a guy she sent to jail: evil.

She is despicable!! She told the judge, with that smirk on her face, that she knows who the father is and that she's still in touch??!! She irrevocably changed this man's life... with no remorse at all!! 😡👎
I hope there's a way that he can press charges against her!!

She had "friends" in the "right place" to doctor that test. She KNEW what she had done all along. That's EVIL

This woman should be in prison for 10 years

Five years in prison cannot be wished away. I am very angry on behalf of this innocent man sent to prison for no reason.

I sincerely hope the first man sues the woman and the state for wrongful imprisonment. What an absolute WITCH! Dylan needs to be very wary about. Anything his mother tells him…EVER! How she could let a man go to PRISON when there was obviously doubt is INSANE! I agree she should do time, and I think twice what he did, cause that’s another level of disgusting and cruel malicious behaviour.

That first mother is low key evil, can't take responsibility, didn't even apologize for what she did, a man lost FIVE YEARS of his life

I feel bad for the dad and the son in the first case. The mom messed with them BOTH for 20 years!!! That kid spent 20 years thinking that that was his dad and probably hating him for denying him while the dad was RIGHT to question it!!!

The fact that the first woman can get away with that is sick!

She ABSOLUTELY should go to jail. 5 years. Then, pay him after a civil lawsuit.

Before placing someone in prison for child support, at that point a DNA test should be mandatory. Taking away someone's freedom and giving them a criminal record is too much just because someone was irresponsible and not showing up to court.
